These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of musevideo ("we", "our", or "us"), an AI image and video generation platform available at musevideo.ai. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service — Link to section

musevideo provides AI-powered media tools including:

• Text to Image — generate still image references from prompts
• Image to Image — transform uploaded images into new visual directions
• Text to Video — generate short video drafts from prompts
• Image to Video — animate uploaded images into short video drafts

These services are powered by third-party providers and models, including KIE.ai, APIMart, and other AI or cloud vendors we may use from time to time. Feature availability may vary by subscription plan, credit balance, geography, infrastructure availability, and provider rules.

Accounts — Link to section

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use musevideo.

Credits and Payments — Link to section

musevideo uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time you use a generation feature. Credits are available through monthly subscription plans or one-time credit packages.

• Credits are non-refundable once consumed
• Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
• One-time credit packages do not expire
• Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms

To dispute a charge, contact support@musevideo.ai within 30 days of the transaction.

AI-Generated Content — Link to section

Your inputs: You retain ownership of any original content you submit, such as prompts, lyrics, uploaded audio, reference images, artist photos, logos, and other media you have the right to use.

Generated outputs: Music, preview images, videos, and other outputs generated through musevideo are produced with AI and cloud tooling. Subject to these Terms, applicable law, and the terms of our underlying providers, you may use generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes.

• You may not use generated content to train competing AI models
• You may not claim that AI-generated content was created entirely by a human in contexts where disclosure is legally required
• You may not submit or use copyrighted audio, images, likenesses, logos, or other materials unless you have the rights, permissions, or licenses needed for that use
• If you upload a person's photo or request visuals based on an identifiable person, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your use does not violate privacy, publicity, biometric, or portrait rights
• AI outputs may not be unique and may resemble outputs delivered to other users
• Our providers may have their own rules or retained rights as set out in their own terms and policies

We are not responsible for third-party claims arising from your use of generated content.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for AI-Generated Content — Link to section

This AUP forms part of these Terms and applies to all users, prompts, uploaded materials, and content generated, edited, stored, published, or shared through musevideo. It covers Text to Image, Image to Image, Text to Video, Image to Video, and any other image, video, audio, music, or text generation features we provide.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories — Link to section

You must not request, generate, upload, edit, publish, or distribute any of the following six categories through musevideo, or help others do so:

1. Pornography / NSFW: Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually exploitative content, including explicit nudity, sexual acts, sexual services, and non-consensual intimate imagery. These restrictions also apply to fictional and AI-generated subjects.
2. Violence / gore: Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, or content that threatens, encourages, glorifies, or provides instructions for violence, self-harm, terrorism, or abuse of people or animals.
3. Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, or violence against people or groups based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
4. Child-unsafe content / child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Any content that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, grooms, or endangers anyone under 18, including sexual depictions of minors or people presented as minors. This prohibition covers real, fictional, simulated, and AI-generated material. We have zero tolerance for CSAM.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation: Deepfakes of real people, including face swaps, nudification, intimate composites, and fabricated statements or actions, whether or not the person consents. Impersonating individuals, brands, or organizations, or falsely implying their identity or endorsement, is also prohibited.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement: Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use or reproduction of protected images, video, music, characters, logos, or branding. You must have the rights, licenses, or other lawful authorization required for your inputs and intended use of outputs.

You may upload your own photos or voice, or another person's photos or voice only with that person's explicit permission and all other necessary rights. Permission does not authorize the prohibited deepfakes described above.

You must not use musevideo for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, exploitation, spam, incitement to genocide, or instructions for weapons of mass destruction. You must not bypass safety checks through jailbreak prompts or other methods, abuse or scrape our APIs, reverse-engineer the platform, resell the service without authorization, or use automation in violation of these Terms. You must not deceptively present AI-generated content as human-created.

User Reporting and Reporting Channel — Link to section

Anyone, including someone without a musevideo account, can report suspected violations or infringement to support@musevideo.ai with the subject Content Report. Use this channel for content-safety concerns, child-safety concerns, impersonation, and copyright or trademark complaints.

Please include:

• The content URL, creation or task ID, or account information that helps us locate the content.
• The suspected violation and a brief explanation; rights holders should identify the work or trademark affected and their authority to report it.
• Relevant dates and supporting information that can be shared lawfully, plus a reply email if you want us to follow up.

For suspected CSAM, provide only the location or identifiers and a description of the concern. Do not download, attach, or redistribute the suspected material. Mark child-safety concerns or imminent threats as Urgent in the subject.

Reports are assessed on their merits. We limit access to reporter information to those handling the report, except where disclosure is necessary to investigate or comply with law. Do not submit knowingly false or abusive reports.

Platform Content Moderation — Link to section

Our moderation process combines the safety checks available through our generation providers with manual review of reported or otherwise identified concerns:

• Provider safety checks: Supported generation integrations, including KIE.ai integrations, use provider safety filters such as NSFW checks. Depending on the model and provider, these checks can reject prompts or uploaded material, block generation, or withhold outputs. Coverage varies by integration; automated checks can miss violations or incorrectly flag permitted content.
• Manual review: Our support team assesses reports against this AUP and reviews the relevant content, available prompts, task information, and supporting evidence as needed. We may ask the reporter or account holder for clarification. Child-safety concerns, credible threats, and other severe violations receive priority.
• Handling and decisions: We receive the report, assess its severity, investigate, decide on appropriate action, and enforce that decision. We may restrict access while investigating. When we have contact details, we communicate the outcome or request more information where appropriate, subject to privacy, safety, and legal restrictions.
• Follow-up: Reports and identified failures inform adjustments to our policies and available safety controls. Automated approval does not mean content complies with this AUP; users remain responsible for their inputs and use of outputs.

Enforcement and Appeals — Link to section

Depending on severity and repetition, we may reject generation requests, issue warnings, require removal of content, remove or disable access to content under our control, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access. Serious violations, including CSAM, may result in immediate action without prior notice. Where legally required, we preserve relevant information, report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities, and cooperate with lawful investigations.

If you believe a decision was made in error, email support@musevideo.ai with the subject Content Appeal, your account or task identifier, the decision you are appealing, and the reasons for reconsideration. We review the decision in light of the information provided and communicate the outcome; restrictions may remain in place during review.

Intellectual Property — Link to section

musevideo's website, branding, interface, and proprietary technology are owned by musevideo and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any musevideo IP to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties — Link to section

musevideo is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated outputs will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated previews, music, and videos may vary in quality, style consistency, timing, or prompt adherence.

Limitation of Liability — Link to section

To the maximum extent permitted by law, musevideo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to musevideo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination — Link to section

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@musevideo.ai. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your access to generated content stored on our platform may be lost. We recommend downloading your generated previews, videos, and audio files before closing your account.

Changes to These Terms — Link to section

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law — Link to section

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
